Driven by a passion for transforming lives, Jason brings 15+ years of diverse operations expertise within the behavioral healthcare industry. His skills and strategic leadership have been instrumental to the growth and expansion of operations across multiple public and privately owned behavioral healthcare organizations, including child & adolescent, adult inpatient psychiatric, and residential treatment facilities across the US.
Prior to joining Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center, Jason held various corporate operations and CEO roles, including COO for a telehealth start-up focused specifically on eating disorders that he founded in 2022 after serving as Corporate Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health for HCA. Jason has piloted new program development across every level of care, to better accommodate the growing need for services within the local communities he has served. Additionally, he led three 120-140 bed, multi-site inpatient and outpatient mental healthcare treatment facilities throughout South Carolina, Georgia, and Massachusetts.
A native of southern Kentucky, Jason is a first-generation college graduate with an undergraduate and graduate degree from Western Kentucky University and is a former semi-professional basketball player. He understands firsthand the severity and worsening mental health and substance abuse crisis in our country. Through his leadership, he aims to create a lasting impact on communities by providing comprehensive treatment solutions and fostering a culture of hope and recovery.
